Apply for Student Housing at Ä¢¹½´«Ã½!
To apply, you must be an accepted student and plan to take 12 credits or more each semester (full-time status). There is a $100 application fee due at submission. You will be redirected to the MyMontcalm portal to apply.
Bedrooms
Settle into one of our spacious three- or four-bedroom apartment-style suites, thoughtfully designed for comfortable living. Each suite features double-occupancy bedrooms within a welcoming village-style community that makes it easy to connect, build friendships, and feel at home.
Living Area
Every apartment-style suite features a fully furnished, spacious living room, providing the perfect place to relax, study, connect with roommates, or spend time with friends.
Kitchenette
Feel at home with a fully equipped kitchenette in every apartment-style suite. Each space includes a refrigerator, induction cooktop, generous counter space, and plenty of cabinets, making it easy to prepare meals, store your essentials, and enjoy the convenience of home.
Bathroom
Each apartment-style suite includes a bathroom shared exclusively with your roommates, providing added comfort, convenience, and privacy.
Security
Your safety and success are our priority. Secure keycard access is required to enter the building, and each resident receives a key to their own apartment-style suite. A live-in Resident Advisor (RA) serves as a mentor, resource, and friendly face, helping you build connections, navigate campus life, and make the most of your college experience.
Lounge
The second and third floors feature a comfortable lounge with a big-screen TV and inviting seating. It’s the perfect place to study, collaborate on group projects, relax, or spend time with friends.

Frequently Asked Questions
Room and board is set at $6,000 per semester. The meal plan is required to live on campus and that cost is accounted for in room and board.
Meal plans will include 3 meals Monday through Friday (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and 2 meals on Saturday and Sunday (brunch and dinner). This meal plan is automatically included with room and board and there are no variations of the plan.
Lofted twin XL bed with the ability to adjust it.
A desk space that can go under the bed or somewhere else in the room.
Two wardrobes (one for each student) to store clothing and other items.
All furniture is provided. You do not need to bring a couch/chair, TV stand, table, etc.
The kitchen offers a full size fridge and a two burner induction cooktop.
Cookware needs to be compatible with an induction cooktop.
Every villa has its own washer and dryer.
Villas have multiple shower stalls, toilets and sinks.
In the application, students can identify roommates and villa-mates. You will fill out a six question preference survey to allow our housing staff to pair you with an ideal roommate. Roommate pairings and room assignments will become available in July. Please be sure to fill out your application as soon as possible to ensure that your preferences are met to the best of our ability.
No, villa and room assignments will remain consistent by gender.
Depending on your financial aid package, students may be able to utilize grants, loans and certain scholarships for room and board costs. Financial aid cannot be used for the application fee.
