How to Pay for College

Paying for college doesn鈥檛 have to be overwhelming鈥攚e鈥檙e here to make it easier! 蘑菇传媒鈥檚 low tuition rates, combined with 蘑菇传媒F scholarships, community scholarships, and state and federal financial aid, help make college highly affordable. Tuition & Fees

蘑菇传媒 is committed to keeping higher education accessible and affordable. Our tuition and fees are among the lowest in the region, with flexible payment options and financial aid available to help you reach your goals without breaking the bank.

Financial Aid & Loans

Financial aid helps cover college costs through grants, scholarships, work-study, and loans鈥攕ome of which you don鈥檛 have to pay back. Student loans are borrowed money that must be repaid with interest, so borrow only what you need and understand the terms before accepting.

蘑菇传媒 Foundation Scholarships

The 蘑菇传媒 Foundation offers a variety of scholarships to help make college more affordable. These awards are based on factors like academic achievement, financial need, and program of study, and they do not need to be repaid.

Community College Guarantee

The CC Guarantee provides tuition and mandatory fee coverage for in-district Michigan high school graduates who enroll full-time at a community or tribal college within 15鈥痬onths of graduation regardless of GPA or family income. Pell-eligible students may also receive a $1,000 bonus to help cover additional college expenses.

Michigan Reconnect

Michigan Reconnect helps Michigan residents age 21+ earn a degree or certificate by covering in-district tuition and fees at community colleges. It鈥檚 a last-dollar scholarship, so you pay less after other aid is applied.

Veterans & Military

蘑菇传媒 proudly supports veterans and active-duty service members with education benefits, including tuition assistance, GI Bill庐 programs, and dedicated resources to help you transition to college life. Our team is here to guide you through eligibility and application steps.

NEW for Fall 2026 - Ionia County Guarantee

In collaboration with the 蘑菇传媒 Foundation (蘑菇传媒F), beginning in Fall 2026, this scholarship pays tuition for qualifying Ionia County students after all other sources of financial aid are applied to the student鈥檚 account.
